If I am testing the filtered water of my purchased BRITA® water filter and it does not have the same as BRITA®'s test results in Vietnam, how will the company handle it?

It depends on the customer's water source, where the water comes from, and whether it meets the standards of daily-life water in households in the city or not. If the customer uses

water from a city household for testing and the data is different from water quality testing from BRITA^®, the company will refund the full purchase price to the customer.
